Dillian Waldron is a highly accomplished events strategist with nearly 20 years of demonstrated achievements in leading event  operations for extremely successful companies. Superior strategic planner known for pioneering visionary new programs and processes aimed at fueling productivity, generating revenue and increasing visibility.

Building on her vast industry experience, Dillian founded Event Diligence, LLC in 2010 with the goal of being a value-added partner for clients to the meeting and event industry.

In her role as Chief Event Strategist, she provides seamless and flawless execution for all events both small and large as well as design and branding/messaging strategies for organizations utilizing electronic media and collateral material.

As the VP of Events for the Human Capital Institute, Dillian helped build a world-class events division from the ground up with over 25 strategic programs directed to mid and senior level executives. She was directly accountable for the success of the company’s internal and external events.

Prior to joining HCI, Dillian served as the Director of Marketing and Programs for The Human Resource People and Strategy Association (HRPS) where she led command marketing, special event, program and content development with operating budgets ranging from $10k to $3.5 million.

During her career, Dillian has lent her talent and expertise to a variety of industry and community endeavors. She has been interviewed and quoted in Expo Magazine, Convene Magazine and the HR Planning Journal. She was selected to participate in the Renaissance Aruba Planning Council and was recognized by the City of New York Office of the Mayor with “The Mayor’s Commission on Youth Empowerment Services” due to excellent services and performance.
